Job Description
Employee Relations & Investigations:
Manage day-to-day employee relations matters for the Client Services Center, including coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, while ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable laws. Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into employee concerns. Prepare and review employee relations documentation, including corrective actions, performance improvement plans, job abandonment letters, and other formal communications.Manager Partnership & Training:
Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters to ensure consistent application of HR practices. Develop and deliver training for managers on employee relations topics. Provide ongoing coaching on supervision, performance management, discipline, and employment-related matters.Compliance & Systems Management:
Partner with Employment Counsel on employment matters and support the implementation of new employment legislation. Oversee the learning management system for employee relations training and ensure completion of required harassment prevention training. Manage the background check system and support termination documentation related to job eliminations.Culture & Performance Support:
Help drive initiatives that strengthen employee morale, workplace culture, and performance management practices. Support a well-organized, compliant HR environment through strong partnership, execution, and attention to detail. Profil The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills, along with the ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and care.Experience:
3-5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations experience. Bachelor's degree required.Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail. Ability to build credibility and effective working relationships across all levels. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters. Strong technical proficiency, including Excel, report writing, HRIS, and related systems. Positive, solution-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
