Job Description
Job Description We are looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources who will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization's people strategy, with a strong emphasis on corporate compliance, risk management, and scalable HR operations. This role ensures adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements while building and maintaining best-in-class HR programs that support business growth. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in employment law and compliance, with experience navigating complex regulatory environments, and preferably brings international HR exposure across multiple regions. - Serve as the organization's lead expert on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA).
- Ensure full compliance with all employment-related legal requirements and proactively monitor regulatory changes.
- Partner with legal counsel on investigations, audits, and employment-related matters.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to mitigate organizational risk.
- Oversee internal audits, compliance reporting, and documentation practices. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with overall business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across multiple functions (HRBP, Talent, Total Rewards, etc.).
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Establish and track key HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Global / International
HR- Support HR operations across international regions, ensuring compliance with country-specific labor laws.
- Partner with global stakeholders to align HR practices while respecting local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Manage global mobility, international benefits, and cross-border employment considerations (as applicable).

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level roles.
- Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and corporate compliance.
- Proven experience managing risk, audits, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Strong leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting international or multi-country HR operations.
- Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master's in HR or related field).
- HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
