Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are looking for an experienced and bilingual Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Kemah, Texas. This is a 100% onsite, Contract to permanent position that offers the opportunity to lead HR operations while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Process multi-state payroll and manage payroll taxes accurately using QuickBooks Online.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring proper enrollment, communication, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR data in QuickBooks Online and other HRIS systems.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
• Support new team members through onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
