Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across our U.S. dealerships, providing guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple locations.

Based out of Steele Hyundai Kyle 24795 I-35, Kyle, TX 78640 What You'll Do Partner with dealership leaders to provide coaching and support on performance management, employee relations, employee development, and workplace culture. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding. Provide guidance on compensation programs, conduct market wage analysis, and support salary recommendations. Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and progressive discipline processes. Oversee employee benefit programs, including annual benefit reviews and 401(k) administration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislation, including OSHA, EEOC, and Texas Workforce Commission requirements. Develop and deliver HR training programs focused on compliance, leadership development, and workplace best practices. Support performance evaluation processes and succession planning initiatives. Review and enhance HR policies, programs, and processes to improve effectiveness and ensure compliance. Monitor payroll-related activities and reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all dealership operations. Provide leadership and support to the HR Administrator. What You'll Bring Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience. Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and compliance. Working knowledge of U.S. employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters. Proven ability to influence leaders, build strong relationships, and support organizational objectives. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas (approximately 30%-50%).
