Human Resources Manager - Kyle, TX

Job Description

Interventional pain management practice in Austin, Kyle, San Marcos, and Dripping Springs TX seeks a talented and experienced, organized, and people-focused HR Manager. This role oversees HR operations specific to clinical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while supporting recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee relations. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to align HR strategies with patient care objectives and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage HR functions for clinical staff including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical support teams Partner with clinical leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans Oversee credentialing, licensure tracking, onboarding, and offboarding processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as healthcare-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission standards) Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures for clinical operations Support audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory inspections Coordinate mandatory clinical training, compliance education, and leadership development programs Support succession planning and career development initiatives for clinical staff Qualifications 2+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting clinical or healthcare staff Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare regulatory requirements Proven experience in employee relations and clinical workforce management Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred SHRM-CP - preferred but not required Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams High level of discretion and confidentiality Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office This position is subject to a pre-employment background and drug screen.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
