Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for driving people strategy and HR excellence across a multi-site manufacturing footprint. Supporting both the Beaumont, TX facility and a secondary site in Pineville, LA, this role plays a critical part in aligning business objectives with talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. This position operates at both a strategic and hands-on level, partnering closely with plant and business leaders to enhance workforce performance, lead change initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle while ensuring consistent, compliant, and impactful HR processes across sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HR
Business Partnership & Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor and active member of site leadership teams Partner with leaders to define and execute site-level HR strategy aligned with business goals Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives Provide coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee engagement Support consistent HR practices and employee experience across multiple sites Talent Management & Employee Experience Lead the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, and retention Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning HR Operations & Process Excellence Implement and manage core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation practices Ensure accuracy of HR data and effective use of HR systems Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver best-in-class programs and solutions Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track performance Employee Relations & Compliance Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and corrective action Conduct investigations and partner with legal resources when appropriate Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Promote a fair, respectful, and legally compliant workplace environment Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a small HR and training team Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Promote professional growth and capability building within the team
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering 2+ years of experience in an HR leadership or management role Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR processes Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels of an organization Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and multi-site environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
