Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment and labor laws, and organizational development. Your leadership will drive workforce engagement, support strategic planning efforts, and ensure the seamless execution of HR programs that align with our company's goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture while managing complex HR functions with energy and precision. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to attract top candidates. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to foster continuous growth. Administer employee benefits programs and handle workers' compensation claims in compliance with OSHA regulations. Develop and implement HR policies related to employment law, labor law, affirmative action planning, and organizational design. Facilitate change management projects and support leadership in strategic planning for workforce management and succession planning. Maintain accurate HR data entry, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making purposes. Requirements Proven experience in human capital management, human resources management, or a related field with a strong understanding of employment & labor law. Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and resolve conflicts professionally. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like Lever, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, UltiPro, Kronos or similar platforms such as PeopleSoft or Ceridian is preferred. Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll systems like Paylocity or Workday is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with experience in data collection, data entry, and managing HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements. $265,416.30 - $278,780.92 per year
