Senior Human Resources Manager Spectrum of Solutions is searching for a motivated and goal-oriented Senior Human Resources Manager to join our highly respected team in the Permian Basin (Midland and Odessa) area. In this position you will be accountable for developing and implementing effective policies, programs, and processes in support of Spectrum of Solutions' mission and goals. This includes assuring our policies are relevant and compliant and creating a safe workplace for our employees. Please note, this is not a remote position. Role and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to internal staff, board members, community partners, and provide proactive guidance and feedback to the leadership team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Develops and executes the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, etc. Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends, including reports and metrics from the HRIS and talent management systems Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law Oversee management of HRIS, benefits, and related human capital software Reporting as required, including but not limited to attrition, recruiting metrics, etc. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Office Setting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or related field preferred SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred Minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources leadership role; nonprofit/ healthcare experience preferred Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving requirements (if assigned) Must pass background checks and required training per state and agency guidelines What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, life, and short and long-term disability plans 401(k) with company match up to 4% Holidays & Paid Time Off Predictable weekday schedule Supportive, team-based environment Meaningful work making a direct impact in the lives of others Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Spectrum of Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
