We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, enhance workforce management, and cultivate a positive organizational culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape talent strategies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support the growth of our dedicated team. Develop and implement human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and training programs. Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to foster continuous improvement. Manage benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Lead change management efforts during organizational restructuring or policy updates while maintaining clear communication across teams. Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday, UltiPro, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and HR analytics. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, including conflict management and disciplinary procedures. Ensure adherence to employment & labor laws, affirmative action planning, and contract management to mitigate legal risks. Proven experience in human resources management within healthcare or similar environments. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Lever for recruiting top talent. Familiarity with payroll systems including Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity for benefits administration and data entry tasks. Demonstrated expertise in project management, organization design, and workforce management strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience handling OSHA compliance, workers' compensation claims, and employment law regulations. Prior exposure to HR software platforms such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Kronos, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
