About the role We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support leadership across multiple entities within a growing manufacturing organization. This role combines both strategic partnership and day-to-day HR execution. You will work closely with leadership to support business growth, while ensuring strong HR operations, compliance, and employee experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership and grow within a multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy Support scalable HR structures across multiple entities Employee Relations & Compliance Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain HR policies and documentation HR Operations Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, status changes) Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems (e.g., Rippling) Maintain accurate HR records and data Talent & Performance Support recruitment and hiring processes Assist with performance management and employee development Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring quality Process Improvement Improve HR workflows and internal processes Support HRIS optimization and system improvements Drive consistency across multiple entities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP or strong generalist background) Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws Experience supporting multiple entities or business units preferred Manufacturing or operational environment experience is a plus Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and partner with leadership Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information The pay range for this role is: 80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(AstraNova)
