Job Purpose The HR Business Partner helps strengthen the organization's workforce by serving as a dependable resource for employees, leaders, and the HR Team. This role creates a responsive, organized, and employee-focused HR environment that supports the organization's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field, preferred Licenses and/or

Certifications:

None Work Experience:

Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferred Operating knowledge of HR functional areas, preferred Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Methodist Medical Group is the North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System.
