Job Description

The Employee Relations Superviosr supports day-to-day employee relations activities at the U.S. manufacturing site. This role focuses on handling employee concerns, conducting investigations, maintaining documentation, and partnering with HR leadership to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant workplace practices. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct fact-finding investigations (harassment, policy violations, attendance, conduct, etc.) under the direction of HR leadership. Prepare clear and well-documented investigation summaries for review and decision-making. Support managers with guidance on corrective actions, performance documentation, and policy interpretation. Assist in preparing documentation related to disciplinary actions and terminations. Ensure proper recordkeeping of ER cases in accordance with company policy. Escalate high-risk or sensitive matters to HR leadership and Legal as appropriate. Support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, ADA, Title
VII, OSHA
). Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with ER-related training coordination. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-7 years of HR experience, with exposure to employee relations or compliance. 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in employee relations. Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws. Experience supporting investigations or handling workplace complaints preferred. Strong documentation and communication skills. Skills & Competencies Ability to maintain neutrality and professionalism in emotionally charged situations. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

From $71,300.00 per year
