Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager / Receptionist to join our team! This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives while providing exceptional front-desk support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming environment, while also managing a broad range of HR functions that drive organizational success. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support our company's growth objectives. Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage all front-desk activities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company. Manage HR duties , employee relations, and conflict resolution strategies. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims to ensure regulatory compliance. Help with employee evaluation processes, training & development initiatives, and succession planning efforts. Manage HR legal compliance related to employment law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity). Requirements Proven experience in managing human resources functions and program management. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and employees alike. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations management, benefits administration, and employment & labor law compliance. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Experience in conducting employee misconduct investigations and managing change management initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement, data analysis skills for HR metrics, and strategic thinking in HR leadership roles.
Pay:
$24.08 - $27.50 per hour
