Executive Director of Human Resources Primary Function:
Manage Human Resource Department and Hospital Auxiliary. Establish and administer personnel program including recruiting, hiring and termination of employees and auxiliary. Coordinate employee benefits and maintain employee relations.
Supervises:
Benefit Coordinator and Hospital Auxiliary Qualifications Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or 6-10 years of demonstrated Human Resources experience to include background in local/state/federal employment law (COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEO & TWC), benefits, employee relations, safety, reporting orientations, recruitment, compensation, training, and project work.
