Location The Ricardo - 75 - Admin General About the opportunity The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all human resources functions within the organization, championing a people-first culture and ensuring that the organization's ethos of service excellence, integrity, teamwork, and professional growth are reflected in all employee programs, leadership development initiatives, and workplace practices.   • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within hospitality or service industries
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
