Job Description
Howmet Aerospace has an opportunity for an on-site HR Business Partner to join our Wichita Falls team! Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner is responsible for direct partnership to staff level leadership and employees across the facility to deliver value added initiatives and support business goals, including fostering a positive and productive work environment, employee relations, talent development, HR compliance activities and conducting investigations to resolution. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar field from an accredited institution. 3 years of proven work experience in a relevant HR role responsible for employee relations, performance management and other related HR activities. 5 Years experience leading a team with direct reports Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
