Job Description

The HR Manager will Manage and coordinate the plant's human resources function across subfunctions, such as recruitment, training and talent development, compensation and benefits, organization development, and employee relations, to meet company's business requirements. This is the top human resources position for a plant, but it is governed by policies and frameworks established by the corporation. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, please apply if you have/are: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Degree. 15 + years of experience in human resources roles, in manufacturing or automotive industry. 10+ years in a managerial role, overseeing HR operations and teams, preferably over a large operation. Knowledge of applicable legislation and compliance in labor law requirements and HR best practices. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to interpret data and support decision-making.
