Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a national non-profit organization, is seeking a Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Alexandria, Virginia.

About The Job:

Manage sponsorships and exhibitor relationships for a large annual conference and year-round programs Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, overseeing agreements, assets, logistics, and onsite execution Partner cross-functionally with events and communications teams to deliver sponsorships accurately and on time Track contracts, invoicing, revenue, and post-event reporting Identify opportunities to grow sponsorship offerings, packages, and non-dues revenue Maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors and partners to support retention and growth

About You:

Bachelor's Degree is required 5+ years of relevant experience Prior experience in an association or membership-based organization required Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Confident communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable handling both strategic and administrative responsibilities Proficient in
