You will help shape the associate experience from hire to retire while ensuring compliance and living our hospitality values. What We Are Looking For Three to five years of Human Resources experience Hospitality or hotel experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage priorities in a twenty four seven operation A people first mindset with professional judgment
