Currently they are looking to add a Culture & Engagement Specialist to their team. The Culture & Engagement (C&E) Specialist is responsible for the management, communication and deployment of programs and initiatives within that help shape company culture and drive employee attraction, retention, and engagement across a population of approximately 10,000 employees. Your Working Environment:
The Washington, D.C. metro area is home to multiple offices: In our nation's capital you will find the Airbus Experience Center, a collection of interactive, multimedia exhibitions highlighting the extensive role the company plays in the aviation, aerospace and defense industries in the U.S. and around the world. The D.C. area is also home to our regional corporate headquarters - located adjacent to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) - it makes flying in a breeze!
Your Challenges:
Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) Advocacy 40% Act as the primary liaison and support resource for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Ensure developed governance and approved processes are communicated and adhered to. Champion ERG initiatives to help drive growth, impact and reach . Manage the budget administration, internal communications, and provide general administrative support by interfacing with procurement and finance on their behalf. Program Management & Strategy 30% Project manage, communicate, and deploy initiatives within the C&E portfolio to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Quarterly KPI reporting, action planning and results tracking and reporting, coordinated communications with HR communications colleagues. Employee Listening & Insights 10% Support the deployment, analysis, and action-planning phases of various employee feedback and listening tools to drive continuous workplace improvement. Regional & Site Engagement 15% Collaborate with local site representatives to design and execute tailored engagement initiatives at both the site and regional levels. Leverage data analytics to identify needs, determine impact and drive process improvements. Other duties as assigned 5%
Your Boarding Pass:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related major 5+ years of progressive experience in a HR related field with a passion for DEI. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to problem solve and to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment. HRBP experience preferred. Experience in Aerospace preferred. Experience working in a multi-functional international environment preferred. SHRM CP or PHR preferred. Proficient with office productivity software. Google Workspace preferred.
