About the Role As a Human Resource Manager , you'll play a vital role in supporting our Fabrication Shop Team. You'll be hands on with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits, and engagement activities, all while promoting a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and driving employee success. What You'll Do Establish credibility with the top leadership team and all field employees to be an effective listener and problem solver Understand and apply all HR policies and company guidelines consistently Manage recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation. Plan and implement employee engagement activities that strengthen culture and morale Lead company culture and training initiatives Manage leave of absence cases Maintain accurate employee records and reports in our HRIS system. Communicate and provide guidance to management and employees as needed Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred. At least 2-5 years of HR experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent problem-solving ability. A positive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
