Job Description

As the Distribution Center HR Manager, you'll serve as the primary onsite support partner for a team of approximately 100-200 employees. You'll help create and consult on plans and proactive HR strategies related to workforce planning and operating model initiatives. You'll also coach and influence leaders, supporting their decision-making and ensuring we elevate employee experience and culture. What you'll do Develop relationships across the company and provide technical guidance to business leaders, HR colleagues, employees and clients Coach, train and develop direct reports to achieve business and performance metrics Provide work direction for a small team of direct reports and adjust team scope as needed to support the business Oversee the analysis, change management and measurement of assigned HR processes, programs and projects Influence area and general managers, supporting their decision-making in a specialized HR area Drive talent management, performance management, employee relations and rewards initiatives within your assigned business unit Basic qualifications 7 years of experience in HR or related field 3 years of project or program management Preferred qualifications Experience coaching and influencing leadership with or without authority 1 year of HR business partner experience 1 year of experience working in retail, supply chain or services-type facilities 1 year of supervisory or military leadership experience 1 year of labor relations experience Fluent in both English and Spanish What's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
