As the company's dedicated HR leader, you will play a key role in supporting our employees, advising leadership, and building the systems, processes, and culture needed to support continued growth. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats and serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers alike. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Employee Onboarding Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and attract high-quality candidates. Develop and enhance onboarding programs that create a positive and engaging new hire experience. Build relationships with recruiting partners, professional organizations, and educational institutions to support talent pipelines. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace issues, employee concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture. Develop employee engagement initiatives that support retention, morale, and professional growth. Encourage open communication and help leadership gather and act on employee feedback. Compliance, Policies & Administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee policies, procedures, and handbook content. Oversee leave administration, accommodations, and other employee-related programs. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation. Partner with payroll and benefits providers to support employee compensation and benefit programs. Performance Management & Employee Development Coordinate performance review processes and support managers in providing meaningful feedback. Assist leadership with employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies. Identify training opportunities and coordinate professional development initiatives. HR Leadership & Organizational Growth Partner with company leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives. Track and analyze HR metrics, including hiring activity, turnover, retention, and employee engagement. Evaluate and improve HR processes, systems, and programs as the organization grows. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in a generalist or HR management capacity. Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience managing multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
