Serve as the strategic partner to functional management teams, contributing expert people knowledge to the development and implementation of business strategy, directing the successful management of specified change initiatives, and creating a culture aligned with our Five Principles. Focus on issues critical to the organization's success, to include bringing our unique culture to life, developing a high performing organization, fostering associate engagement, EI&D, and health and well-being. Partner to maximize associate capability and performance, through organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, talent management (succession and development planning) learning and development.You Will:
Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Partner and advise on functional people initiatives in support of the talent pipeline through workforce planning, attraction, selection, development, and succession. Work closely with the Business Partner MVH to provide insights and support on associate relations issues. Serve as a business partner across specified MVH functions, working with a variety of associates at all levels including frequent interaction with Senior Leadership regarding people, policy and change initiatives. Educate and communicate roles and responsibilities to foster high levels of engagement, leveraging training, leadership, and MVH culture champions. Role model and articulate clear roles and responsibilities in associate engagement. Foster an environment that exemplifies The Five Principles and Associate Concept. Provide direct coaching, feedback and on-going consultation to functional leaders regarding organizational design (i.e. span and layers, process, workforce planning, etc.). Train and coach business leaders on the execution of P&O policies and processes, partnering to ensure successful change management practices, High Performance Collaboration, performance management, development, and succession planning. Facilitate the delivery of Mars Signature Processes (PDP, MDR, Talent Reviews, Associate Engagement, etc.) Collaborate to ensure leaders understand processes and tools to develop talent and deliver successful functional succession, using routine processes and systems. Partner to deliver P&O support in collaboration with MVH centers of excellence. With key P&O partners, deliver high level support through a consistent framework, while customized to ensure client needs are met Lead orientation for all new MVH associates and provide ninety-day support for new people leaders to accelerate performance in their role. Provide oversight to data accuracy ensuring correct leadership reporting in both current and future structures. Use the system as a platform for consultation in organizational design and to provide insights/trends in functions and organizationally. As a guardian of our human capital strategy, collaborate with leadership to identify human capital needs, ensuring people resources are continuously assessed to effectively support and deliver organization's strategic initiatives, partnering with functional leaders and Finance to prepare documentation, facilitating to TROIKA in a way that ensures a clear understanding of the requests, overall impact to the business as well as to the budget. Other job duties as assigned.Your Experience Should Include:
Bachelor's in HR Management, Business, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Preferred, HR training or certification (SPHR orSHRM-SCP
). 10 years of experience required in HR Generalist role or related function with business experience showing increasing responsibility Required, Knowledge of Talent & Performance Management, Engagement, Team Effectiveness, Organizational Design & Development, Change Management, Facilitation Skills and Coaching Required, Headquarters and/or multi-functional experienceSalary Range:
$113,960- $186,966 Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
