Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WI Opportunity Strategic HR business partner will support US Engineering teams to accelerate business growth through high-impact talent and culture strategies. This role drives end-to-end talent outcomes—from hiring and development to engagement and performance—while shaping a high-performing, agile organization. Additionally, the role will elevate impact through contributions across North America and Global Product Innovation organization. Specific Responsibilities Partner with leadership to develop, execute, and drive human resources strategies to ensure strategic workforce plans align with organizational capabilities. Establish and maintain strong relationships of trust to foster transparency, open and honest two-way communication, and collaboration. Advances talent and culture initiatives through consultation and relationship building, while ensuring alignment to enterprise strategies. Leverages Talent Center of Expertise resources and partnership to embed key initiatives. Plans, creates and coaches to support organizational change management and communications. Develop robust talent management plans to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps. Oversees recruitment pipeline positioning Kohler as an employer of choice to attract top talent into seasoned positions and early careers programs. Supports, develops, engages, and retains talent by creating, implementing, and maintaining talent management solutions (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning, etc.). Keeps informed of local market and competitive trends and leverages these insights to develop appropriate site-based HR strategies and solutions. Creates an experience-based talent culture across the organization in aspects of talent attraction, development, improving organizational health and driving high performance culture. Drives inclusion strategies to foster a sense of belonging and aids the organization in being better every day. Collaborates with leaders to ensure functional communication and associate engagement plans are making a meaningful difference. Leverage data to understand and proactively handle issues such as turnover, organizational spans of control and layers, and similar key indicators. Champions key talent & culture initiatives across Global Product Innovation. Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree and progressive related HR experience required. HR certification(s) desirable. Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience. HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Balanced between strategic and tactical orientations; able to roll up their sleeves to get things done while still considering long-term strategy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across a global matrixed organization to optimize outcomes. Passion for building trust and relationships across multiple levels of an organization. #LI-CM2 #

This means you'll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $99,300 - $152,900. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
