We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - Compensation & Benefits to help shape and support our clients total reward strategy. In this role, you'll partner with leadership to develop compensation programs, oversee employee benefits, ensure regulatory compliance, and use workforce data to drive strategic HR decisions. What You'll Do
Compensation & Total Rewards
Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs, salary structures, and pay ranges.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
Partner with leaders on compensation decisions including new hire offers, promotions, market adjustments, and internal equity reviews.
Assist with annual compensation planning, salary reviews, and merit increases.
Help ensure pay practices support business objectives while promoting fairness and consistency.
Benefits Administration
Manage the administration and ongoing evaluation of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other offerings.
Build strong relationships with benefit vendors and assist with contract management and service improvements.
Coordinate employee communications and education regarding benefit programs.
Recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, industry trends, and organizational needs.
Compliance & HR Governance
Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Coordinate EEO-1 reporting and maintain accurate employee data.
Support pay equity initiatives and assist with internal audits and reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation and HR records while helping reduce organizational risk.
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
Provide guidance on compensation strategies, organizational structure, and labor cost considerations.
Support HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
HR Metrics & Analytics
Track and analyze compensation, turnover, retention, and workforce trends.
Prepare reports and dashboards that help leadership make informed business decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve compensation practices, employee retention, and overall workforce effectiveness. #Manitowoc1
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
Experience with EEO-1 reporting, pay equity analysis, and employment law compliance is highly preferred.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
