Job Description

New Glarus Home is seeking a passionate, people-focused Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents while fostering a positive, supportive workplace for our employees.
Responsibilities include:
Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance management. Support leaders in coaching, engagement, and staff development. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Help cultivate a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported. Partner with leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Human Resource experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
