Job Description

Cruisers Yachts is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of human resources for our Oconto and Pulaski manufacturing operations. This leadership role partners closely with company leadership to support employee engagement, talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, and compliance initiatives that drive business success. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and growth initiatives. Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development programs. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation. Manage compensation, benefits administration, leave programs, and HR compliance initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content. Lead employee engagement, leadership development, and training initiatives. Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other employee support programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits administration. Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
