A Human Resources Manager manages human resources functions for a company or organization, including the recruiting, hiring and training of employees. Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing and compensation plans and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversees training and development initiatives. Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Previous HR generalist experience, including federal & state lawSHRM/HRCI
Certification desired, but not required Previous experience with Workday desired, but not requiredKey Success Factors:
Strong Conflict Resolution Skills Self-Starter with the ability to independently prioritize the needs of the plant and the HR function Trusted resource and talent coach to support plant leadership Effective oral and written communication across multiple levels within the Organization Proficient analytical skills to assess and analyze talent analytics Business acumen Previous experience within a manufacturing environmentJob Responsibilities:
