Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Job Description
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR certification. Experience supporting federal contractors and compliance requirements, including OFCCP and affirmative action programsBenefits
