Health Insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid Leave Position Summary We are hiring a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to lead caregiver recruiting and retention efforts. This role is essential to building a high-quality care team, improving employee satisfaction, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipeline Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding Partner with scheduling team to ensure strong caregiver-client matches Employee Engagement & Retention Develop strategies to improve caregiver satisfaction and retention Conduct performance reviews and coaching Lead quarterly meetings and monthly newsletters Compliance & Operations Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA) Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families Support daily office operations Qualifications 1+ year experience in recruiting, training, HR, or related field Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or senior services preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; ATS/CRM experience a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable) Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends Core Skills Customer-focused & compassionate Self-starter with strong initiative Adaptable and team-oriented Results-driven with strong follow-through
