A Human Resources Specialist works for a human resources department to implement the provisions of a labor contract, including employee wages and benefits and other practices that are collectively bargained; may also handle an internal grievance process established under a labor contract.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable- Matching receivers to invoices Freight Bill reconciliation Applying General Ledger numbers to invoices Time and Attendance adjustments to employee time sheets (PTO requests, absences, schedules, etc.) Cross training with all involved in department(s). The responsibilities of this position, along with all positions in the department, are subject to change as necessary to accomplish the work as efficiently as possible.
REQUIREMENT
Good communication and organization skills. Accounting and bookkeeping experience helpful. Internet and Microsoft Excel/Office experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
