Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting strategic organizational goals. Your expertise in human capital management, employee relations, and compliance will empower our organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our workforce while working in a collaborative and energetic environment. Duties Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs. Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks using paylocity Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and supporting positive communication across teams. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements. Conduct performance management activities including employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning initiatives to foster continuous development. Support change management efforts by assisting with organization design projects, HR sourcing strategies, and workforce management initiatives aligned with strategic planning goals. Maintain accurate HR data collection records, manage contracts and documentation related to employment agreements, and support HRIS data integrity for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques utilizing ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and facilitate training & development sessions. Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities such as organization design projects or benefits administration tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with performance management processes, employee evaluation methods, and workforce planning strategies. Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while maintaining a focus on organizational objectives. Administrative experience involving data entry accuracy, contract management, and social media management for employer branding efforts is advantageous.
