Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a wide range of human resources functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our workforce while developing your expertise in human capital management. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and processes Administer employee evaluations, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements Support benefits administration activities including enrollment, data collection, and communication of benefits Skills Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices and employment law regulations Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and conflict management Ability to manage change effectively within organizational design and development projects Detail-oriented with strong data collection and data entry capabilities for accurate record keeping Knowledge of OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and safety protocols Join us as a Human Resources Specialist to help shape a vibrant workplace where talent thrives!
