HR Generalist Tailstorm Health Inc Chandler, AZ Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Employment law Regulatory compliance HR legal compliance English Payroll processing Full Job Description Position Summary The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of human resources functions at Medivant Healthcare, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to partner with employees and leadership across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and system updates. Process payroll accurately and on time, including reviewing timesheets, validating data, and coordinating with finance for payroll execution. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR support. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring appropriate documentation and resolution. Assist in performance management processes, including reviews, feedback tracking, and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs, deductions, and reporting. Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications. Translate verbal and written communication between English and Spanish as needed. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review. Support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation in an inspection-ready state. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support HR best practices.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, including payroll processing. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required. Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred:
Experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems. Preferred Experience in ADP Workforce Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments. Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
