Human Resources and Risk Management is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team! Human Resources Specialist Click HERE to review job brochure Review the full classification specification for Human Resources Specialist Administers functions within assigned area which include but are not limited to: collecting and analyzing statistical data; maintaining specialized databases, inputting and retrieving data, and producing routine and ad hoc computer reports; creating, preparing and maintaining common departmental and confidential employee records in accordance with requirements of county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, policies and procedures; creating and/or reconciling reports. Provides customer service to employees, management, applicants, and other customers, both internal and external. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
