Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources function within the company including employee administration, management of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations, talent acquisition, new hire administration, benefit administration, employee health and safety and other duties as assigned to support human resources. Operate with a high degree of independence and regularly use judgment and discretion in accomplishing objectives. Experience with benefits and or employee leave law Associates degree in a related field from an accredited college One year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Paylocity knowledge is strongly preferred Administers all employee and voluntary benefits programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, and various insurance plans. Assist with all aspects of open enrollment and collection of mandatory documents needed by Human Resources.
