This role offers the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of HR while helping create a positive employee experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review employee compensation and benefits packages Administer health, life, and other employee insurance programs Manage workers' compensation processes and documentation Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations Implement employee training and development programs Partner with hiring managers to plan annual performance reviews Communicate new and updated employee benefits programs Maintain accurate job descriptions and salary information Support employee relations and day-to-day HR needs Assist with payroll processing and HR record management Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources experience required Strong understanding of benefits administration and employee relations Experience with onboarding, workers' compensation, and payroll support preferred #LI-LM1 #INSEP2026Benefits
