Job Description
Required Education
- High School DiplomaPreferred Education
- Bachelor's degree Required Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with candidate sourcing, job posting development, and recruitment strategy Preferred Experience
- Recruiting across multiple job families, including niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
- Experience using SuccessFactors Recruiting Module or a similar enterprise ATS Required Skills
- Strong full-cycle recruitment capabilities
- Advanced sourcing and screening skills
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of federal and state employment compliance requirements Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and labor market trends
- Strong consultative approach with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- Ability to provide data-driven recruiting recommendations Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for technical and engineering positions, including proactive sourcing and recruitment marketing
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to establish requirements and recruiting strategies
- Manage requisitions and recruiting workflows within SuccessFactors or similar ATS
- Build and maintain technical talent pipelines through outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Monitor recruiting metrics, market trends, and competitive insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Ensure recruiting activities support company policies and employment laws
