Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with a focus on building relationships and effectively managing the recruitment process. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various levels of the organization, including executive positions and campus recruitment initiatives. The Recruiter will utilize various tools and techniques to ensure a seamless hiring process while adhering to employment and labor laws. Duties Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Utilize various platforms for HR sourcing, including social media management and job boards. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications through effective communication skills. Negotiate offers and contracts with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions. Implement innovative recruiting strategies, including cold calling and lead generation. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent. Support employee orientation processes. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in technical recruiting or internal recruiting environments. Strong understanding of HRIS systems such as Paychex. Familiarity with sales principles and relationship management techniques. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Ability to conduct research for effective talent acquisition strategies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple open positions simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for interviewing candidates and collaborating with team members.
