We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support full‑cycle HR operations and help shape a positive, high‑performance employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and is passionate about supporting people and culture. Responsibilities:
Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Lead new‑hire orientation and support employee engagement initiatives. Administer performance management and evaluation processes. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and employment laws (wage and hour, safety, and leave requirements). Support benefits administration and HRIS data accuracy. Assist with training, development, and change‑management initiatives. Maintain accurate HR metrics, reporting, and recordkeeping. Support initiatives that improve company culture, retention, and employee satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience, including payroll. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. HR certification and strong knowledge of California labor laws preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn
HRIS/ATS
systems. Experience with Paylocity is a plus. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
