$22.00-$24.00/hour Job Summary The Quality Operations & Customer Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in supporting quality systems, document control, and customer onboarding processes. This position is responsible for maintaining controlled documentation, coordinating quality records, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting with customer and supplier documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize controlled digital and hardcopy documentation, including procedures, work instructions, manufacturing plans, and production records. Review and audit documentation to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manage equipment calibration records and help ensure tools and equipment remain up to date. Support customer onboarding by completing quality questionnaires, supplier surveys, certifications, and compliance documentation. Assist with environmental, health, and safety documentation as needed. Complete annual supplier surveys and quality-related customer requests. Provide support to the Quality team with final inspections and documentation when needed. Assist with additional quality and administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of experience in document control, quality, or a related administrative role preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) is a plus. Knowledge of document control and quality systems is preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
