Job Description Insight Global is seeking a HR Generalist for one of their top clients in the LA area area within the Supply Chain / Logistics industry. This role does require the employee to work onsite 5 days a week 8 AM

• 5 PM.

He / She

will be over the South region of the US and work directly with Regional VPs and District Directors. This candidate will be in charge of the full hiring cycle from identifying candidates to onboarding a resource. The entire region has around 400-450 employees within it, so this resource should have previous experience that aligns with this group size. The ideal candidate will have Supply Chain / Logistics industry knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication. The HR Generalist position is seeking to pay around $70,000 annually. • 5-6+ years' experience in an HR business partner role
• 5-6+ years employee relations (Specific to building constructive and effective relationships across the organization)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and US employment law UKG experience preferred or other HRIS systems
• Experience dealing with the hiring process from start to finish
