This job will pay a range of $23-$28/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Representative to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow their career and gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and enjoys supporting employees while learning and developing within a collaborative HR team. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Excel logs related to vehicle lot damage incidents

Track Workers' Compensation cases and maintain related documentation

Communicate with employees regarding Workers' Compensation claims, status updates, and required documentation

Assist with onboarding activities and new hire paperwork

Maintain employee records and personnel files

Support HR reporting, data entry, and recordkeeping

Assist with employee relations documentation and administrative processes

Update employee information and process employee changes

Support benefits enrollment and employee updates

Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation

Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Bilingual Spanish/English

1+ years of HR, administrative, or office support experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred

HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Representative, or related experience

Experience supporting Workers' Compensation processes

Experience maintaining reports, logs, or employee records

ADP Workforce Now experience

Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources
