Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join a well-established organization on a Contract assignment. In this role, you will provide hands-on HR support during a leave coverage period, helping maintain consistency across daily people operations. This opportunity is ideal for a dependable HR specialist with relevant experience who can work independently, respond confidently to employee and leadership needs, and keep HR processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle process, including onboarding activities for new employees and separation procedures.
  • Administer benefits-related tasks and support leave of absence coordination while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate processing.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files, HR records, and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Respond to routine and moderately complex HR questions from employees and managers, offering clear guidance on policies and standard procedures.
  • Help uphold compliance with internal policies and established HR practices through consistent documentation and process support.
  • Provide day-to-day human resources administration for an employee population of roughly 175 team members.
  • Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure uninterrupted HR support throughout the leave coverage period.
  • Use systems such as Paycom, Zwave, and an internal platform to complete payroll-related, benefits, and HR administrative activities.
  • Partner with the HR administrative support team member to manage workflow efficiently and keep priorities on track.
