HR Generalist - PACE (Bilingual English/Chinese) Healthline Home Health Agency Diamond Bar, CA Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year 17 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Microsoft Excel English Bachelor's degree Organizational skills Business Administration Chinese Full Job Description Job Overview Del Sol Health Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented bilingual English and Chinese HR Generalist to support human resources operations for our growing Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. This position will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, personnel records, employee credential tracking, training, workers' compensation, and other day-to-day HR functions in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable handling employee matters, knowledgeable about California employment practices, and able to work collaboratively with management and department leaders. Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records. Monitor employee licenses, certifications, CPR/First Aid, health clearances, required training, and other credentials. Coordinate employee orientation, required training, in-service education, and staff development records. Support day-to-day employee relations, including employee concerns, workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary documentation. Assist with workplace investigations and employee separation/offboarding when needed. Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave documentation, and payroll-related records in coordination with Finance and management. Support compliance with California employment laws, PACE requirements, company policies, and applicable healthcare regulations. Assist with personnel audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement activities. Support workers' compensation claims and related documentation. Work closely with management and department supervisors to support staffing and workforce needs. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, senior care, PACE, ADHC/CBAS, or another regulated environment. Working knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, personnel documentation, and disciplinary processes. Experience with employee credential and compliance tracking preferred. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general HR/office systems. Bilingual English and Chinese required. PACE experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
