This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and is experienced handling sensitive employee information. The position supports a variety of HR functions including benefits, leaves of absence, recruitment, and employee relations, with many processes currently managed manually.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee inquiries and issue resolution Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment, changes, and questions Manage and track leaves of absence (LOAs), ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and coordination Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and employee files Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism Ensure accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping across manual and internal systems Partner with internal teams to support HR processes and improvements
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or related role Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and inconsistencies Comfortable working in environments with manual HR processes and documentation Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel Compensation & Schedule:

Pay Details:
