Job Description
A growing manufacturing company in Escondido is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, recruiting, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role will partner closely with leadership while serving as a trusted resource for employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day employee support.
Core ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & HR SupportProvide guidance to managers regarding employee relations and performance mattersConduct investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actionsSupport employee engagement and retention initiativesManage leave administration and accommodation processesRecruiting & Talent DevelopmentOversee recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positionsCoordinate onboarding and employee development programsSupport workforce planning and succession planning initiativesPartner with hiring managers to improve recruitment outcomesCompliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesMaintain HR records, reporting, and audit documentationAssist with benefits administration and HRIS maintenanceSupport safety and workers' compensation programs
