Fluent in English and Spanish, providing HR support to a diverse workforce while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Administered HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Managed full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Served as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, policies, and workplace concerns. Facilitated new hire orientation and employee training programs in both English and Spanish. Supported employee relations by investigating complaints, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Processed employee status changes, terminations, leave requests, and personnel documentation. Coordinated benefits enrollment, open enrollment activities, and employee wellness initiatives. Maintained accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality. Assisted managers with performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, and employee development plans. Prepared HR reports and analyzed workforce metrics to support business objectives. Partnered with leadership to implement employee engagement and retention strategies. Translated HR communications, policies, and training materials for Spanish-speaking employees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Human Resources experience. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
