Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, employee records, and confidential HR documentation. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, helping resolve workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Coordinate performance appraisal processes, assist managers with performance improvement plans, and support employee development initiatives. Administer HR policies, benefits programs, compensation support activities, and required compliance reporting. Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
